Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Smart Queue System (“Queue”, “we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Queue platform, booking system, website, web applications, mobile interfaces, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using Queue.ae, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. Definitions

• “User” / “Client” – any business, organization, authorized staff, or individual who uses the Queue platform.
• “Service” – the Queue digital queuing and booking management system including website, dashboard, APIs, modules, and tools.
• “Subscription Plan” – any paid monthly or yearly plan.
• “Booking Module” – appointment, ticketing, visitor handling, and queue management features.
• “Third-Party Providers” – external platforms whose APIs or infrastructure integrate with Queue.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By signing up, creating an account, accessing the dashboard, using the booking module, or making a subscription payment, you agree to these Terms.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must be legally able to enter into a contract under UAE law.
• You must be authorized to represent the business you register.

4. Account Registration & Security

To access the Service, you must create an account and agree to:

• Provide accurate and updated information.
• Not share your login credentials with anyone.
• Maintain confidentiality of your account access.
• Notify us of any unauthorized access.

Queue is not responsible for losses caused by failure to secure your account.

5. Use of the Service

You agree not to:

• Use the Service unlawfully or against UAE regulations.
• Interfere with or bypass security systems.
• Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or extract source code.
• Upload harmful or malicious scripts or viruses.
• Use another person’s account without permission.
• Perform spam, fake bookings, or fraudulent activity.

Violations may result in suspension or termination.

6. Booking Module Usage Terms

• You are responsible for all bookings generated under your account.
• Queue is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete booking entries.
• You must comply with UAE PDPL when collecting customer data.
• Queue may update, restrict, or upgrade features as needed.

7. Subscription, Payment & Pricing Terms

7.1 Subscription Plans

Plans are billed monthly or yearly and must be paid in advance. Pricing is listed on queue.ae/pricing.

7.2 Pricing Changes (30-Day Notice)

Queue may adjust prices with at least 30 days’ notice sent via email. Continued use means acceptance.

7.3 Reasons for Price Changes

• Server/hosting cost changes
• Third-party API or licensing changes
• Operational cost adjustments
• New features or upgrades

7.4 Automatic Renewal

Plans renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal date.

7.5 Failed Payments

Access may be suspended until payment is completed.

7.6 Refunds

No refunds unless required by law or granted at Queue’s discretion.

8. Service Availability & Updates

Queue strives for high uptime but may experience downtime due to maintenance, upgrades, or third-party issues.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All code, trademarks, designs, and materials on Queue.ae belong to Queue or its licensors. No reproduction without permission.

10. User Content & Data Responsibility

Users are responsible for:

• Booking data
• Customer information
• Business and staff information

Queue does not claim ownership but may temporarily store/process data to operate the Service.

11. Privacy Policy

Use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy.

12. Limitation of Liability

Queue is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or business interruptions. Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the past 12 months.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Queue for any claims arising from misuse, data entered by you, legal violations, or unauthorized access caused by your negligence.

14. Suspension & Termination

Queue may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• Payments fail
• Fraudulent activity is detected
• Security risks occur
• Required by UAE authorities

Upon termination, access ends and data may be deleted after retention periods.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by UAE law. Disputes are handled exclusively by the Courts of Dubai.

16. Changes to Terms & Conditions

Queue may update these Terms. Users will be notified of major updates. Continued use means acceptance.
